Frédéric and Sophie worked the beautiful local materials at their disposal, like wood Cumaru, the Portuguese stone, or Carnauba palm to create an exotic atmosphere. They also cleverly exploited the knowledge of Brazilian carpenters. Shades, chocolate-anise red or gray-green impart a refined style.
